Under the motto “Make couples strong”, FAMILYLIFE is committed to ensuring that people get to know God and find freedom. We dream of strong marriages that live out their relationships authentically and appreciatively and with their charisma have a positive influence on their children, their environment and the whole society. FAMILYLIFE is a Ministry of CAMPUS FOR CHRIST.
For the expansion of our offers, we are now looking for employees, gladly married couples, for the locations Berlin, Leipzig, Giessen, Nuremberg and Stuttgart.

Your tasks:

Expanding our network of offerings for couples (seminars, discussion groups, thematic evenings) to strengthen marriage and family and lead into a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ
Motivation and empowerment of communities to promote married couples themselves
Establishment and supervision of a network of volunteers and spouses
Organization and management of couples' discussion circles
Acquisition of speaker and training activities
Administrative tasks
possibly. Social Media and Digital Communication
Building a team of mission partners to finance the position

You'll bring this with you:

Completed vocational training or studies
Concerns for strengthening marriages and promoting people, as well as an evangelistic heart
Pronounced initiative and “Anpacker” mentality
Ideally experience in accompanying people, e.g. by mentoring, coaching or pastoral care
Communication skills as well as a winning and inspiring personality
Enjoying work in a team
Identification with the values of Campus for Christ e. V. and an active relationship with Jesus Christ

Reflecting God's Love

Campus for Christ is a Christian movement with the aim of encouraging people to follow Jesus and to pass on his love in everyday life – in word and deed. In more than 18 ministries, we design spaces where people can meet God. We work throughout Germany and internationally, in close cooperation with churches and other Christian organizations.

What makes us special: We combine professional work with living spiritual life. Our teams are marked by prayer, community, personal growth, and the desire for God’s kingdom to become visible in this world.

If you work with us, you will be supported in many cases by a circle of friends who support your work financially and in prayer. This model is called MPE, mission partner development. We accompany you with coaching, materials and personal support.
