Field Staff

Do you get excited about the idea of helping students, business people, families or communities make a connection with Jesus? There are openings for full time staff in all of our field teams around the country, as well as opportunities to serve overseas. We provide on-the-job skills training and a course of theological development for all of our field staff.

Explore this site to find out more about the activities and vision of our diverse teams around the country. If you think a year out or a career with Agapé could be for you, get in touch below.

Like many other Christian charities, Agapé staff members raise funds to cover their own salary and expenses. With plenty of training and help, staff members develop a team of people who regularly pray for them, encourage them, and give financially towards their work. This can seem daunting, but for over 40 years, God has provided for hundreds of UK staff in this way.

If you would like to investigate whether God may be leading you to serve with Agapé, we'd love to hear from you. Simply complete and submit this form. One of our staff will contact you.

Jonny Staton

Working on campus has allowed me to see first-hand how people’s lives can be shaped and transformed by Jesus. It’s such a privilege to invest time in discipling Christians, exploring Jesus with non-believers and building a truly loving community. Plus you get to have a lot of fun in the process!

Sarah Patel

Working with Agapé has been an amazing part of my journey with God, to grow in Him and serve Him alongside others. In my role working with Agapé God has taught me many things through the staff that I have been working with. I have been challenged, stretched and humbled and I count myself very blessed to be part of this family!
